يجدد العمل بالأحكام والإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم ٧٩ لسنة ٢٠١٦ فى شأن إنهاء المنازعات الضريبية لمدة عامين .
وتستمر اللجان المشكلة وفقا لأحكام القانون المشار إليه فى نظر الطلبات التى لم يفصل فيها، كما تتولى الفصل فى الطلبات الجديدة التى تقدم إليها بعد تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
