تكون وظائف أعضاء المهن الطبية الخاضعين لأحكام هذا القانون على النحو الآتي :
١ - الوظائف التخصصية .
٢ - الوظائف الفنية .
٣ - الوظائف الإشرافية .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون مستويات ودرجات هذه الوظائف وشروط شغلها .
