تلتزم الجهات صاحبة الولاية على الأراضى بالمنطقة بعدم النص على شرط الالتجاء إلى التحكيم فى التعاقدات المبرمة على أى جزء من المساحات المخصصة لها بالمنطقة ولا تنفذ أحكام التحكيم فى المنازعات التى تنشأ بحق التملك أو الانتفاع أو تشغيل أو ممارسة النشاط أيا كانت صورته بالمنطقة .
