مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون رقم ١٨٢ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ بإلغاء الإعفاء
المقرر على عوائد أذون الخزانة والسندات أو الأرباح الرأسمالية الناتجة عن التعامل
فى هذه الأذون والسندات من الضريبة على الدخل ، تعفى أموال الصندوق والتسهيلات
الائتمانية الممنوحة له من جميع أنواع الضرائب والرسوم بما فى ذلك الضريبة على
القيمة المضافة التى يتحمل الصندوق عبأها مباشرة ، وذلك كله فى حدود الغرض
الذى أنشئ من أجله .
