Article 13 of the Medical Emergencies Fund Law

يكون للصندوق موازنة مستقلة ، وتبدأ السنة المالية للصندوق مع
السنة المالية للدولة وتنتهى بنهايتها ، ويفتح له حساب بالبنك المركزى المصرى
أو البنوك التجارية بعد موافقة وزير المالية ، ويعد الصندوق قوائم مالية سنوية وربع
سنوية ، ويتم ترحيل الفائض من عام إلى آخر .
