تلغى القوانين الآتية :
- القانون رقم ٦٨ لسنة 1968 فى شأن التعليم العام .
- القانون رقم ١٦ لسنة 1969 فى شأن التعليم الخاص .
- القانون رقم ٧٥ لسنة 1970 فى شأن التعليم الفنى .
كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام القانون المرافق .
