مع مراعاة أحكام قوانين التعليم والعمل والتأمينات ، تضع كل مدرسة خاصة لائحة داخلية بنظام سير العمل بها ، وتحديد الرسوم الدراسية التى تحصل من التلاميذ فى كل مرحلة على حدة ويصدر باعتماد هذه اللائحة قرار من المحافظ المختص ، وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة ( ٦٤ ) من هذا القانون .
