يكون فى كل مدرسة فنية مجلس إدارة تمثل فيه قطاعات الإنتاج والخدمات المعنية لمعاونة ناظرها أو مديرها فى الإدارة . ويصدر بتشكيل هذا المجلس وتحديد اختصاصاته قرار من وزير التعليم .
