لمدارس التعليم الثانوى الفنى أن تقوم بمشروعات إنتاجية ذات صلة بتخصصها ويتم تمويل هذه المشروعات وإدارتها ومحاسبتها وفقا للقواعد التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير التعليم . كما يجوز للوحدات المحلية المختصة وقطاعات الإنتاج أن تستفيد من إمكانات هذه المدارس فى رفع المستوى المهنى لأصحاب المهن والحرف والعمال فى دائرة المحافظة .
