تحدد بقرارات من وزير التعليم - بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للتعليم - مواصفات المدارس الفنية ، وخطط العمل بها ، والمسئوليات الملقاة عليها ، وتلحق بكل مدرسة زراعية مزرعة لتدريب طلابها تتناسب مساحتها مع عدد طلابها ونوع الدراسة بها وأقسامها .
