مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون رقم ٤٥ لسنة ١٩٥٥ بشأن رسوم الحجر الصحى يجوز لأى شخص أن يتقدم للسلطات الصحية المختصة للتحصين ضد أى مرض من الأمراض المعدية وله أن يحصل بالمجان على شهادة بثبت إتمام هذا التحصين .
