يخضع كل شخص لعمليات التطعيم الدورى الذى تجريه السلطات الصحية المختصة ضد أى مرض من الأمراض المعدية ويجوز تقديم شهادة من طبيب مرخص له فى مزاولة المهنة بإجراء هذا التطعيم أو بالإعفاء منه ويخضع للتحصين ضد الدفتريا الأطفال فى مراحل التعليم المختلفة فى الأحوال التى تحددها السلطات الصحية المختصة .
