Article 25 of the Infectious Diseases Health Precautions Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه كل من خالف أيا من أحكام المواد (٢، ٤، ٥، ٦، ٩، ١٠، ١١) من هذا القانون أو أيا من قرارات وزير الصحة الصادرة تنفيذا لأحكام هذه المواد .
وفى حالة العود خلال مدة سنة ، تضاعف قيمة الغرامة فى حديها .

كل مخالفة لأحكام البابين الثانى والثالث يعاقب عليها بغرامة لا تقل عن ٢٥ قرشا ولا تجاوز مائة قرش وفى حالة العود فى خلال مدة سنة يجوز توقيع عقوبة الحبس لمدة لا تتجاوز أسبوعا واحدا .
