على وزير العدل تنفيذ هذا القانون ويعمل به ابتداء من
15 أكتوبر سنة 1949
نأمر بأن يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة وأن ينشر فى الجريدة الرسمية
وينفذ كقانون من قوانين الدولة ،
صدر بقصر القبة فى ٩ رمضان سنة ١٣٦٧ ( ١٦ يوليه سنة 1948 )
