١ - تسلم السندات المعطاة عن البضائع المعهود بها إلى أمين النقل أو المودعة فى المخازن يقوم مقام تسليم البضائع ذاتها .
٢ - على أنه إذا تسلم شخص هذه المستندات وتسلم آخر البضاعة ذاتها وكان كلاهما حسن النية فان الأفضلية تكون لمن تسلم البضاعة .
