Article 88 of the Civil Code

تفقد الأموال صفتها العامة بانتهاء تخصيصها للمنفعة العامة .
وينتهى التخصيص بمقتضى قانون أو مرسوم أو قرار من الوزير المختص
أو بالفعل أو بانتهاء الغرض الذى من أجله خصصت تلك الأموال
للمنفعة العامة.
