إذا أصاب الأرض ضرر من مسقاة أو مصرف يمر بها ، سواء أكان ذلك ناشئا عن عدم التطهير أم عن سوء حالة الجسور ، فإن لمالك الأرض أن يطلب تعويضا كافيا عما أصابه من ضرر .
