١ - إذا كان عقد العمل معين المدة انتهى من تلقاء نفسه بانقضاء مدته .
٢ - فإذا استمر طرفاه في تنفيذ العقد بعد انقضاء مدته ، اعتبر ذلك منهما تجديدا للعقد لمدة غير معينة .
