١ - إذا رتب الدخل مقابل مبلغ من النقود تم الاستبدال برد المبلغ ذاته ، أو برد مبلغ أقل منه إذا اتفق على ذلك .
٢ - وفي الحالات الأخرى يتم الاستبدال بدفع مبلغ من النقود تكون مدة محسوبة بالسعر القانوني مساوية للدخل .
