Article 547 of the Civil Code

يجبر المدين على الاستبدال في الأحوال الآتية :
(١) إذا لم يدفع الدخل سنتين متواليتين ، رغم إعذاره .
(ب) إذا قصر في تقديم ما وعد به الدائن من تأمينات أو إذا انعدمت التأمينات ولم يقدم بديلا عنها .
(ج) إذا أفلس أو أعسر .
