القرض عقد يلتزم به المقرض أن ينقل إلى المقترض ملكية مبلغ من النقود أو أي شيء آخر مثلي ، على أن يرد إليه المقترض عند نهاية القرض شيئا مثله في مقداره ونوعه وصفته .
