١ - إذا أقر المالك البيع سرى العقد في حقه وانقلب صحيحا في حق المشتري .
٢ - وكذلك ينقلب العقد صحيحا في حق المشتري إذا آلت ملكية المبيع إلى البائع بعد صدور العقد .
