يترتب على تسجيل تنبيه نزع الملكية أن يلحق بالعقار ما يغله من ثمار و إيراد عن المدة التى أعقبت التسجيل . ويجرى فى توزيع هذه الغلة ما يجرى فى توزيع ثمن العقار .
