يشمل الرهن ملحقات العقار المرهون التى تعتبر عقارا و يشمل بوجه خاص حقوق الارتفاق والعقارات بالتخصيص والتحسينات والإنشاءات التى تعود بمنفعة على المالك، ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك، مع عدم الإخلال بامتياز المبالغ المستحقة للمقاولين أو المهندسين المعماريين المنصوص عليه فى المادة ١١٤٨
