يجوز للمحكمة فى أية حالة تكون عليها الدعوى أن تأمر بإرسال ملف القضية إلى النيابة العامة إذا عرضت فيها مسألة تتعلق بالنظام العام أو الآداب ويكون تدخل النيابة العامة فى هذه الحالة وجوبيا .
