لا يكون حكم المحكمين قابلا للتنفيذ إلا بأمر يصدره قاضى التنفيذ بالمحكمة التي أودع أصل الحكم قلم كتابها بناء على طلب أى من ذوى الشأن ، وذلك بعد الاطلاع على الحكم ووثيقة التحكيم وبعد التثبت من أنه لا يوجد ما يمنع من تنفيذه .
ويختص القاضى المذكور بكل ما يتعلق بتنفيذ حكم المحكمين .
