جميع أحكام المحكمين ولو كانت صادرة بإجراء من إجراءات التحقيق يجب إيداع أصلها مع أصل وثيقة التحكيم قلم كتاب المحكمة المختصة أصلا بنظر الدعوى خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية لصدورها ، ويحرر كاتب المحكمة محضرا بهذا الإيداع .
و إذا كان التحكيم واردا على قضية استئناف كان الإيداع في قلم كتاب المحكمة المختصة أصلا بنظر الاستئناف .
