Article 488 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا رفض العرض وكان المعروض نقودا قام المحضر بإيداعها خزانة المحكمة في اليوم التالى لتاريخ المحضر على الأكثر ، وعلى المحضر أن يعلن الدائن بصورة من محضر الإيداع خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخه .
وإذا كان المعروض شيئا غير النقود جاز للمدين الذى رفض عرضه أن يطلب من قاضى الأمور المستعجلة الترخيص في إيداعه بالمكان الذى يعينه القاضى إذا كان الشيء مما يمكن نقله أما إذا كان الشيء معدا للبقاء حيث وجد جاز للمدين أن يطلب وضعه تحت الحراسة .
