عن الأحكام الصادرة ابتدائيا من المحاكم الابتدائية ، وكذلك عن الأحكام الصادرة
من المحاكم الجزئية فى الدعاوى المنصوص عليها فى البند السادس من المادة ٤٣ من هذا
القانون.
