إذا لم تكف حصيلة التنفيذ للوفاء بحقوق الحاجزين ومن اعتبر طرفا في الإجراءات ولم يتفقوا هم والمدين والحائز على توزيعها بينهم خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية ليوم إيداع هذه الحصيلة خزانة المحكمة قام قلم كتابها بعرض الأمر على إدارة التنفيذ خلال ثلاثة أيام ليجرى توزيع حصيلة التنفيذ وفقا للأوضاع الآتية .
