إذا كانت حصيلة التنفيذ كافية للوفاء بجميع حقوق الدائنين الحاجزين ومن اعتبر طرفا في الإجراءات وجب على من تكون لديه هذه المبالغ أن يؤدى لكل من الدائنين دينه بعد تقديم سنده التنفيذى أو بعد موافقة المدين .
