متى تم الحجز على نقود لدى المدين أو تم بيع المال المحجوز أو انقضت خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ التقرير بما في الذمة في حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير اختص الدائنون الحاجزون ومن اعتبر طرفا في الإجراءات بحصيلة التنفيذ دون أى إجراء آخر .
