يخبر قلم الكتاب بإيداع قائمة شروط البيع كلا من الدائنين المرتهنين رهنا حيازيا أو رسميا وأصحاب حقوق الاختصاص والامتياز والنيابة العامة وذلك بالأوضاع وفى المواعيد المنصوص عليها في المادة ٤١٧ ، ويكون لهؤلاء إبداء ما لديهم من أوجه البطلان والملاحظات على شروط البيع بطريق الاعتراض على القائمة ، وتطبق في هذا الشأن أحكام المادتين ٤٢٢ ، ٤٢٥ .
