( ١ ) شهادة بيان الضريبة العقارية أو عوائد المبانى المقررة على العقار .
( ٢ ) سندات الملكية والإذن الصادر بالبيع .
( ٣ ) شهادة عقارية عن مدة العشر السنوات السابقة على إيداع القائمة .
