يصدر حكم إيقاع البيع بديباجة الأحكام ويشتمل على صورة من قائمة شروط البيع و بيان الإجراءات التي اتبعت في تحديد يوم البيع والإعلان عنه وصورة من محضر الجلسة ويشتمل منطوقه على أمر المدين أو الحائز أو الكفيل العينى بتسليم العقار لمن حكم بإيقاع البيع عليه .
ويجب إيداع نسخة الحكم الأصلية ملف التنفيذ في اليوم التالى لصدوره .
