يجوز لمن حكم بإيقاع البيع عليه أن يقرر في قلم كتاب المحكمة قبل انقضاء الثلاثة الأيام التالية ليوم البيع أنه اشترى بالتوكيل عن شخص معين إذا وافقه الموكل على ذلك .
