Article 432 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجب على ذوى الشأن إبداء أوجه البطلان في الإعلان بتقرير في قلم الكتاب قبل الجلسة المحددة للبيع بثلاثة أيام على الأقل وإلا سقط الحق فيها .
ويحكم قاضى التنفيذ في أوجه البطلان في اليوم المحدد للبيع قبل افتتاح المزايدة ولا يقبل الطعن في حكمه بأى طريق .
وإذا حكم ببطلان إجراءات الإعلان أجل القاضى البيع إلى يوم يحدده وأمر بإعادة هذه الإجراءات .
وإذا حكم برفض طلب البطلان أمر القاضى بإجراء المزايدة على الفور .
