Article 431 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز للحاجز والمدين والحائز والكفيل العينى وكل ذى مصلحة أن يستصدر إذنا من قاضى التنفيذ بنشر إعلانات أخرى عن البيع في الصحف وغيرها من وسائل الإعلام أو بلصق عدد آخر من الإعلانات بسبب أهمية العقار أو طبيعته أو لغير ذلك من الظروف ولا يترتب على طلب زيادة النشر تأخير البيع بأى حال ويجوز كذلك عند الاقتضاء الاقتصار في الإعلان عن البيع بإذن من القاضى .
ولا يجوز التظلم من الأمر الصادر بزيادة الإعلان أو تنقصه .
