Article 419 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

تحدد في محضر إيداع قائمة شروط البيع لنظر الاعتراضات أول جلسة تحل بعد انقضاء ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ انقضاء الميعاد المشار إليه في المادة ٤١٧ ولا تقل المدة بين هذه الجلسة وجلسة البيع عن ثلاثين يوما ولا تزيد على ستين يوما ، فإذا لم تبد اعتراضات اعتبر تحديد أولى هاتين الجلستين كأن لم يكن وسير في إجراءات الإعلان عن البيع .
