المخالصات عن الأجرة المعجلة والحوالة بها يحتج بها على الحاجزين والدائنين المشار إليهم في المادة ٤١٧ ومن حكم بإيقاع البيع عليه متى كانت ثابتة التاريخ قبل تسجيل التنبيه وذلك بغير إخلال بأحكام القانون المتعلقة بالمخالصات الواجبة الشهر فإذا لم تكن ثابتة التاريخ قبل تسجيل التنبيه فلا يحتج بها إلا لمدة سنة .
