مع مراعاة أحكام القوانين الأخرى في شأن إيجار العقارات تنفذ عقود الإيجار الثابتة التاريخ قبل تسجيل التنبيه في حق
الحاجزين والدائنين المشار إليهم في المادة ٤١٧ ومن حكم بإيقاع البيع عليه وذلك بغير إخلال بأحكام القانون المتعلقة بعقود الإيجار الواجبة الشهر أما عقود الإيجار غير ثابتة التاريخ قبل تسجيل التنبيه فلا تنفذ في حق من ذكروا إلا إذا كانت من أعمال الإدارة الحسنة .
