إذا تبين سبق تسجيل تنبيه عن العقار ذاته قام مكتب الشهر بالتأشير بالتنبيه الجديد على هامش تسجيل التنبيه الأول مبينا تاريخ التنبيه الجديد واسم من أعلنه وسند تنفيذه وأشر كذلك على أصل التنبيه الجديد بعد تسجيله بما يفيد وجود التنبيه الأول وتاريخ تسجيله واسم من أعلنه وسند تنفيذه .
ويحصل التأشير بأمر القاضى بالحلول على هامش تسجيل التنبيه السابق والتنبيه اللاحق وذلك بمجرد طلبه بعريضة تقدم إلى مكتب الشهر .
