يسجل تنبيه نزع الملكية في كل مكتب من مكاتب الشهر التي تقع في دائرتها العقارات المبينة في التنبيه .
وإذا تبين سبق تسجيل تنبيه آخر فلا يجوز المضى في الإجراءات على سبيل التعدد على العقار الواحد وتكون الأولوية في المضى في الإجراءات لمن أعلن التنبيه الأسبق في التسجيل .
ومع ذلك يجوز لمن أعلن تنبيها لاحقا في التسجيل أن يطلب من قاضى التنفيذ أن يأذن له في الحلول محله في السير في الإجراءات .
