تباع الأسهم والسندات وغيرها مما نص عليه في المادتين السابقتين بواسطة أحد البنوك أو السماسرة أو الصيارفة يعينه قاضى التنفيذ بناء على طلب يقدمه إليه الحاجز ويبين القاضى في أمره ما يلزم اتخاذه من إجراءات الإعلان .
