الإيرادات المرتبة والأسهم الاسمية وحصص الأرباح المستحقة في ذمة الأشخاص المعنوية وحقوق الموصين تحجز بالأوضاع المقررة لحجز ما للمدين لدى الغير .
ويترتب على حجز الحقوق المشار إليها بالفقرة السابقة حجز ثمراتها وفوائدها ما استحق منها وما يستحق إلى يوم البيع .
