يستحق الحارس غير المدين أو المالك أجرا عن حراسته ويكون لهذا الأجر امتياز المصروفات القضائية على المنقولات المحجوز عليها .
ويقدر أجر الحارس بأمر يصدره إدارة التنفيذ بناء على عريضة تقدم إليه .
