يوقع الحارس على محضر الحجز فإن لم يفعل تذكر أسباب ذلك فيه ويجب أن تسلم له صورة منه فإن رفض استلامها تسلم إلى جهة الإدارة وعلى المحضر إثبات كل ذلك في المحضر .
