لا يجوز حجز الثمار المتصلة ولا المزروعات القائمة قبل نضجها بأكثر من خمسة وأربعين يوما .
ويجب أن يبين في المحضر بالدقة موضع الأرض واسم الحوض ورقم القطعة ومساحتها وحدودها ونوع المزروعات أو نوع الأشجار وعددها وما ينتظر أن يحصد أو يجنى أو ينتج منها وقيمته على وجه التقريب .
