يجب على المحجوز لديه بعد خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تقريره أن يدفع إلى الحاجز المبلغ الذى أقر به أو ما يفى منه بحق الحاجز وذلك متى كان حقه وقت الدفع ثابتا بسند تنفيذى وكانت الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢٨٥ قد روعيت .
