الحجز لا يوقف استحقاق الفوائد على المحجوز لديه ، ولا يمنعه من الوفاء ولو كان الحجز مدعى ببطلانه ، كما لا يمنع المحجوز عليه من مطالبته بالوفاء .
ويكون الوفاء بالإيداع في خزانة المحكمة التابع لها موطن المحجوز لديه .
